($30/hour standard rate for bikes bought at Fenton Powersports, brought in by original owner, 1/2 hour minimum. $60/hour
standard rate for bikes bought through the Internet or other
dealers, 1/2 hour minimum. Please bring your bike or ATV in after
washing it. We like to keep a clean store!)
POLICIES:
Safety is and must be YOUR responsibility. Please follow all local laws and wear approved safety gear, such as full face helmet, goggles, boots, chest
protectors, knee pads, elbow pads etc.
Prices are as marked! We keep our overhead low so we can keep our prices low. No additional set up, freight or paperwork charges will be added to the
advertised price. Discounts only given on purchase of multiple units!
Due to insurance and liability reasons we are unable to allow test drives, but we will be happy to demonstrate the unit for you before your purchase!
Anyone under 16 needs to be accompanied by a parent. Children are the responsibility of the adults with them and are financially responsible for any
damage done on the premises.
This is a place of business. We can only accommodate those with a legitimate need for parts, service or sales.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
of purchase or the LANCE LIMITED WARRANTY will be null and
void. You are required to maintain all receipts and records from

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
- Consumable replacement parts due to natural wears and
tears such as spark plugs, drive chains, belts, air cleaner
elements, brake shoes or pads, brake levers, gaskets,
clutch discs, starters, shocks, fuel filter, seat, plastic body,
light bulbs, batteries, rubber parts, tube and tires, wheels,
oils, cables and gauges. - Any damage resulting from negligence of the periodic
maintenance. - Any damage which results from repairs, adjustments or
maintenance by any methods other than those specified by
Fenton Powersports. - Any damage which results from modification of the unit.
- Any damage that results from use of non-genuine parts,
accessories, fuel, lubricant or fluid not specified by Fenton
Powersports. - Any damage which results from repairs, adjustment or
maintenance operations performed by any person outside
of Fenton Powersports without authorization. - Any damage which results from unavoidable natural
disasters, fire, collision, theft, and second hand damages in
any of these occurrences. - Any damage due to improper storage or transport, hard
driving, due to race, rally or operation in a location not
generally used for driving, damage caused when the unit is
used as a rental vehicle, any damage which results from
overloading the vehicle, or any damage from the use under
a normal condition.
- IMPORTANT:
of purchase or the LANCE LIMITED WARRANTY will be null and
